How Reverse Cycle Works
A reverse cycle system uses advanced heat pump technology to extract heat from the air – even in cold weather – and transfer it inside your home. In summer, the process reverses to cool your home efficiently.

Who is eligible for the VEU rebate?
Victorian households may be eligible for a VEU discount when replacing an existing gas heater with an eligible, high-efficiency reverse-cycle air conditioner. The existing heating system generally needs to be more than 2 years old, and the new system must meet VEU program requirements. If you have an existing gas heater and are considering upgrading to air conditioning, contact us and we can check your eligibility and available discount.
How much can I save with the VEU rebate ?
Savings depend on your existing system and the new system you choose. Many eligible customers can save between $1,000 and $5,000, with higher incentives available for some eligible upgrades. The incentive is applied directly to your installation cost, so you pay the reduced price. We handle the VEU paperwork for you. you.
How long does installation take?
A single split system typically takes 2-4 hours. Multi-head systems take 1-2 days depending on the number of indoor units. Ducted systems usually require 2-3 days. We'll provide a detailed timeline during your quote.
